The Chicago Bears Organization has bet a lot on Head Coach Matt Nagy and General Manager Ryan Pace. In 2018 that bet looked to pay off. In 2019 the wheels fell off the bus and everything came crashing down. For this reason, many Bears fans have Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace on a tight leash.  If the Bears repeat another disappointing season in 2020, should Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace be fired?
