The Chicago Bears have a long history of horrible coaches, front offices, and quarterbacks; however, the Mark Trestman/ Phil Emery era may be rock bottom. The Bears were a laughing stock of the NFL and had multiple failed first-round picks in the early rounds of the NFL draft.
